Spiced Pork Tenderloin

​1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teasoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound pork tenderloin
 
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Heat oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Stir together seasonings and pat over pork. Add to skillet and cook, turning, until well-browned on all sides.
 
2.  Transfer skillet to oven and roast until a thermometer reads 145 degrees, about 30 minutes (check frequently). Remove to a cutting board and let rest at least 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with any pan juices.
