French Onion Dip

1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

1. Stir together all ingredients; chill for an hour. Serve with wavy potato chips.
