½ cup butter
¾ cup brown sugar ¼ cup sugar 2 tablespoons honey ½ teaspoon vanilla 1 egg 1 cup flour ½ teaspoon baking powder pinch salt 1 ½ cups quick cooking oats 1 ½ cups crisp rice cereal 1 cup mini chocolate chips 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Cream together butter and sugars until fluffy. Add the honey, vanilla, and egg and mix well. Gradually beat in flour, baking powder and salt. Gently stir in oats, cereal and chocolate chips just until incorporated. 2. With moistened hands, press dough into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is lightly browned (do not overbake). Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into bars.
